Vintage-Style Mini Photo Album - Made to Order - presentation

 HELLO EVERYBODY!

I am excited to present a vintage-style mini photo album made to order. The album measures 17.5cm x 16.5cm and has a spine that is 5cm wide. It is designed to hold photos 10cm x 15cm. This album is a special gift from one friend to another for a fiftieth birthday.

The customer instructions were very clear: the design had to be vintage, emphasize photos, and, above all, be simple. The album is literally mini, featuring only three cards designed to hold ten photos. Despite the limited number of photos, it took me some time to plan it out. Some images were captured in a horizontal orientation, while others were taken vertically. I included several flaps with magnetic closures to accommodate these different orientations, allowing for a seamless photo display. Still, the album remains user-friendly, ensuring that the recipient can easily view the pictures and appreciate the character and design of the album as a whole.

I hope you like the album. As you can see, not all projects need to be overly complicated to be attractive and engaging. Finally, what matters most are the photos and, above all, the intentions and emotions connected to the idea of creating such a gift.

"Seaside Greetings" Folio Album - presentation

HELLO EVERYBODY! In my previous tutorial (please see the last post dated July 8, 2024), I showed you how to make a blank base for a folio album. Today, I will walk through the finished and decorated album and show you the final reveal. I hope you will like it!    The album's dimensions are 22cm x 16cm (8.6in x 6.3in), with a spine of 4cm (1.6in). It can hold approximately 50 to 70 photos, depending on their arrangement. The album is designed for photos sized 10cm x 15cm (3.9in x 5.9in), 9cm x 13cm (3.5in x 5.1in) or smaller.    The album is ideal for collecting photos from travel and summer holidays. A folio album is not just a smaller version of a photo album. Because of its compact size and flexible layout, it is a quick, easy, and versatile way to preserve memories.      There are several ways to store your photos in the folio.
