Initially, I set out to design a classic wedding collection. However, as the creative process unfolded, my papers naturally began to capture the magic of a wedding day from the bride’s perspective.   HELLO EVERYBODY! I’m really excited to show you two journals I just finished making!   Let me tell you about the first one.   I decorated it with the Vintage paper collection by Make & Create, but since I’d already used up most of the set for other projects, I had fun mixing in leftover papers from my stash. That’s one of the best things about journaling—you get to make use of those pretty scraps you’ve saved. The beauty of this craft is that there are no strict rules, so you can play, experiment, and let your creativity lead the way. For this journal, I also added some paper embellishments, string, vintage-style ribbon, lace, buttons, beads, and others.  HELLO EVERYBODY! It’s wonderful to reconnect with you after being away for almost a month! I spent my time off gardening, travelling, and catching up on the little things, but now I’m thrilled to present my newest creation—a custom-made heart-shaped mini photo album.     I made this album as a special gift for a woman celebrating her 50th birthday. The requirements were very precise: it had to look feminine, elegant, and richly adorned. Beads, ribbons, and charms were essential details, together with elements that marked the birthday occasion. To decorate it, I chose papers and extras from the Flower Fiesta collection by Craft O’Clock, adding embellishments from various wedding collections and my stash. The bow on the cover, which the client especially adored, comes from my Roses Academy paper collection. HELLO EVERYBODY! Recently, I introduced the Roses Academy digital paper collection and two digital page templates, showing how easy it is to make an album using ring binders. But ring binders are just one option. As promised, I will demonstrate three alternative binding methods, each just as quick and simple as the ring binder approach.   For this tutorial, we’ll use two digital page templates: one for the album base and one for decoration. Our main focus will be on creating album bases, so we’ll primarily use Page Template No. 1. Crafted for a remarkable woman’s 50th birthday, this album bursts with vibrant colours and joyful energy, perfectly reflecting her personality. I selected bright, lively papers to create a cheerful, celebratory feel, and the design accommodates thirty-two 10cm x 15cm photos.     The inspiration for this project came from an album I previously featured in the Eleventh-Hour Xmas Gifts series in 2025.
