Christmas Gatefold Photo Album - Tutorial - Part 8

HELLO EVERYBODY!

The eighth and the last part of the Christmas gatefold photo album tutorial is available now. Our project is coming to a close, and today we will complete the album with photo mats, booklets and tags. We will also end up decorating the front cover of it. At the end of the video, I prepared a short reveal. I want to share important information concerning the quality of some of the project's materials that I used, which really disappointed me.

PART 8 - photo mats, booklets and tags, front cover and the final reveal

Scapbooking, Christmas gatefold photo album tutorial part 8 desinged by MS Craftshop, using Craft O'Clock papers, collection "This miracle night"

For part 8, I used the following:

  • Craft O'Clock junk journal extras set from the "This miracle night" collection
  • gold mirror paper
  • 250gr black paper
  • double sided tape
  • sentiments
  • Distress Ink
  • gathered twins
  • vintage style ribbon
  • corner punch
  • border punch (optional)
  • 3d foam tape (2mm thickness)
  • 62gr vellum translucent tracing (5 sheets)

 *****

As I explained in the third part of the tutorial, I would choose page decorations based on the available paper fragments. I was so focused on this task that I forgot to calculate the total material consumption for this project.

So, an approximate calculation of the total consumption of materials for this project:

  • Craft O'Clock "This miracle night" sets of paper (1x 15.25cm/15.25cm, 1x 20.3cm/20.3cm, 1x 30.5cm/30.5cm)
  • Craft O'Clock extras to cut from the "This miracle night" collection
  • Craft O'Clock junk journal extras set from the "This miracle night" collection
  • a cover #10 from the Craft O'Clock (2pcs)
  • gold mirror paper (45 sheets)
  • 250gr black paper (45 sheets)
  • 250gr white paper (4 sheets) - beermat / cardstock (2 x A4)
  • magnets (26 pcs)
  • hook and loop dots 10mm self-adhesive (4 sets)
  • brads (2pcs)
  • 62gr vellum translucent tracing (5 sheets)

and: corner punch, double-sided tape, Distress Ink - gathered twins, phrases/slogans, circle frame-shaped die cuts, 3d foam tape, vintage style ribbon, beige coloured string, Crop-a-Dile punch, eyelets (4pcs), sequins, microbeads, microballs, snowflakes, confetti, etc. for a shaker box, transparent foil for the shaker box, border punch (optional)

Thank you to everyone who was with me through all eight tutorial parts.

I wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, and I will see you in another video.

CHEERS!
