Mini Photo Album in the Box - presentation

Image
HELLO EVERYBODY! It's been a while since my last post about the recent project: the mini photo album in the box. Due to some family issues, I could not finish it earlier. Crafting can be a great way to cope when you're feeling worried, but a mind full of concerns can also stifle creativity, which happened to me. However, I'm pleased to say that I finally completed the project, and today, I'd like to show you the final version.      The box measures 14cm x 14cm, and its centrepiece is an album designed for 10cm x 10cm photos. Additionally, the box walls feature extra pockets and flaps to store even more pictures. The box walls and album have interactive elements such as belly bands, flaps and pockets.     I decorated the box and album with paper and extras from Craft O'Clock's "A Twinkle of Sunrise" collection. The album contains many cards for notes or smaller photos, which are also available in the collection.     I'd also love for you to chec...

NEW TUTORIAL - Introduction - Mini Photo Album in the Box

Image
HELLO EVERYBODY! I invite you to a short presentation of the blank base mini photo album in a box. A tutorial for this project will soon be available on my YouTube channel. The tutorial will be divided into two parts: in the first part, we will create a box, and in the second part, we will design the walls and create the album.    In the video, I will also present three exploding boxes that I recently created. I want to show you them because they are nothing else like smaller versions of the project I will offer. If you learn how to make the larger one, you will definitely be able to create the smaller version.    Feeling intrigued? Check out the video! Enjoy!    I hope to see you soon! CHEERS! *** If you are interested in buying the exploding boxes, please visit my Etsy online store.

Universal Exloding Box - Cardmaking - presentation

HELLO EVERYBODY! Absolutely!  February is flying by for me under the theme of "exploding boxes."  I enjoy making them, so I decided to treat myself this month.   Today, I'm excited to share the last of three planned exploding boxes. I decorated it using my paper collection, "Timeless Moments."    I like this collection of papers, so I decorated the inside walls of the box to showcase the designs. This time, all the inner walls feature flaps and pockets to hold cards and tags for smaller photos or notes.     The centrepiece of the box is an 8.5cm x 8.5cm mini album, identical to the ones I showcased during the presentations of the previous two exploding boxes. This album can be used to collect smaller photos and share warm wishes, thoughts, and sentiments.      The exploding box is versatile and makes an excellent gift for various occasions, including birthdays, Mother's Day, Grandmother's Day, Valentine's Day, and more.   The...

Wedding Exloding Box - Cardmaking - presentation

Image
HELLO EVERYBODY! I want to share another exploding box I've created.  This one is a delicate, subtle, and elegant wedding-themed box.      I decorated it using papers and extras to cut from the "Love Me Forever" collection by Craft O'Clock. The extras decorate the box's left and right inner walls, creating beautiful 3D compositions. The top and bottom inner walls also feature pockets perfect for storing money. The wedding exploding box is a fantastic alternative to a standard greeting card. At the centre of the box is a mini album measuring 8.5 cm x 8.5 cm, which provides a lovely space for sharing warm wishes, thoughts, sentiments, and advice with the newly-weds.    I'm sure that every young couple will value the originality and uniqueness of this gift.       I've often mentioned my enjoyment of creating exploding boxes. That's why I'm working on another one, which I will share with you soon!   The box will soon be available at my...

Birthday Exploding Box - Cardmaking - presentation

Image
HELLO EVERYBODY! Exploding boxes are one of my favourite handicrafts. I haven't had the opportunity to make one in a long time, so I would like to share one I recently created.    I decorated this box using "Once Upon a Time" papers from Make&Create and extras to cut called "Beauty" by Craft O'Clock. These extras adorn all four inner walls of the box, creating charming 3D compositions.      The box lid refers to a lady's dressing table with a mirror, cosmetics and feminine accessories.     The exploding box is an excellent idea for a birthday present for a teenage girl. It also makes a fantastic gift for a young woman leaving home to embark on a new chapter as she goes to college or university. The centrepiece of the box is a mini album measuring 8.5 cm x 8.5 cm.    This album can be used in various ways, such as collecting smaller photos. However, my primary intention in creating it was slightly different. It is a wonderful place ...
